Photography / Video Permission Form

Train Withe Us is always being updated on social media and on the website as well as spreading the word about the company with banners, posters, flyers, adverts in magazines and much more. To keep it all up to date I would really appreciate your permission to occasionally take photos and videos of the children. This means you and other people interested in coming to join us can see how much fun we’re having.
I understand if this is not something you wish to permit and if your child is in any of the photos or videos taken I will make sure these aren’t used for anything public.
The photos and videos will be used strictly for the company Train Withe Us.
If this is something you are happy to permit please fill in the bottom part of this permission sheet.

**Please note our policy is that parents and all other members of the audience are strictly prohibited from taking their own photos and videos at Train Withe Us shows. You will have the opportunity to buy a DVD of all of our shows but you cannot use your own devices.
Parents and guardians are welcome to take pictures and videos at any public performance Train Withe Us takes part in. Therefore, if you do not wish for members of the public to have photos or videos of your child they will unfortunately not be able to take part in any performances to the public.
